Area 15 is a retail/entertainment venture project that sits on a 126,000sq.ft. The venue will be a Las Vegas, sci-fi, and it is scheduled to open in the year 2019. The area 15 provides 126,000 sq.ft customized tenant space for unique collection retail business and experiential collection. 58,000 sq. ft will be a ground space for leasing, while up to 58,000’ square feet is space for mezzanine.
A 40,000 sq. ft. is a space expected to house both indoor and outdoor events which are appropriate for festivals, live music, e-sport tournaments, and corporate events. It will be adjacent to the dining and retail options. The outdoor and indoor space for the event is sufficient enough to accommodate up to 3,000 guests at a go. Area 15 will successfully take care of more than 800 complimentary spaces for parking.
The complex will be attractively built to accommodate the needs of different visitors including gaming, sci-fi lovers and comic con, music lovers, artists and anybody considering something different.
The plan for the Area 15 retail/entertainment venture was announced to be built on that same place, although the managers are keeping the details a mystery at this time. Meow Wolf, of whom the art of project includes fantasy and narratives, will enjoy a 3-time exhibit capacity for the Las Vegas compared to the one in New Mexico. The CEO of the project Kadlubek Vince did not give out clarification on what will fill most of the space, although the local artist is likely to be the main contributors. This developing project is fully supported by the Fisher Brothers and the renowned New York Estate Family. Benevilleve Studio located in New York will be responsible for the creative design while the architect will be Moser Architecture Studio of the Las Vegas.
The project is expected to be in full completion and ready for launching by the end of the year 2019. A leasing office should be opened around the early months of the year 2019, and later on, a grand opening will be announced. Meow Wolf will inform the public on the major plans for new expansion which is expected to include more permanent locations, within the first two quarters of the year 2018.
