When the first trailer for Star Wars, Episode VIII: The Last Jedi hit it may not have been as emotional a ride as the first trailer for its predecessor but the cliffhanger it left us with has had fans reeling with possibilities and speculation ever since. Yet despite a few new posters and a few reported leaks on the YouTube channel Star Wars Theory, there has been little of substance for Star Wars fans to truly antagonize over. Yes there has been the recent dramas that saw Christopher Lord, Phil Miller and Colin Trevorrow fired from the as-of-yet untitled Han Solo and Episode IX movies, and there is the imminent release of Star Wars Battlefront II, which looks set to have redeemed itself for the sins of its predecessor, But when it comes to The Last Jedi fans have been left wanting.
The mysteries surrounding Rey and Supreme Leader Snoke still remain unanswered, and with rumors that The Last Jedi will not definitively answer either mystery fans may have to wait until Episode IX for any semblance of answers. Yet promisingly it has been reported by Colliders The Jedi Council that The Last Jedi director Rian Johnson has claimed the forthcoming movie will drop a large bombshell on the fans, yet of course, any details as to what that may be are non-existent outside of speculation and rumors. Previously returning star Mark Hamill, who reportedly clashing with director Johnson over the nature of the undetailed bombshell, had posted, and then quickly deleted, on his Twitter account for fans to watch today's American Football match between Minnesota Vikings and the Chicago Bears. This led fans to speculate that the trailer would premiere during the matches half-time interval...
