Acclaimed comic book writer Jason Aaron confirmed that he’s working on a new story arc that will explore Yoda’s past. In an interview with Star Wars.com, Arron explained how #26 of Marvel’s ongoing Star Wars series will find Luke discovering a section of Obi-Wan’s journal which describes an all new Yoda adventure which will last for several issues.
Now before you get too excited, keep in mind that this new arc won’t explore Yoda’s origins, so we won’t be learning about which species he belongs to or how he can to join the Jedi Order. Those are questions that Star Wars fans would love to see answered, but they’re for another day. Instead, the tale will take place before the Clone Wars on a planet we’ve seen before.
Star Wars #26 will be released in December.
