Honkai: Star Rail’s 3.6 Banner Rotations & New Characters

Honkai: Star Rail’s latest 3.6 update has arrived, which brings some brand new banner rotations and characters to the mix. This leaves players scrambling over the banner schedules, which characters to pull for, and which ones are best. In this guide, we’ll go over each of the available banners, along with their respective characters, new and old. This includes Light Cone banners, too, which bring special buffs for the roster.

🗓️The Version 3.6 Banner Schedule

As of September 23rd, 2025, Phase 1 of the version 3.6 banners has already begun. This includes the Remembrance of None banner, which debuts the Evernight character and reruns The Herta from back in January. However, in just a month from now, in October, the Phase 2 banners will debut Permansor Terrae, which will last all the way until November. 🧠The Remembrance of None Banner

The first and probably the most iconic banner for the version 3.6 update is The Remembrance of None banner. This features the newest 5-star character, Evernight, who is an Ice user and a Rememberance character. Her banner will also feature 7 other 5-star characters that players can pull for, along with 3 featured 4-star characters. Of course, there is also the option to switch out the available 5-stars, which we will list below.

✉️The Message From Beyond Banner

Along with Evernight’s debut, Honkai: Star Rail gives its players a rerun banner for The Herta. The Herta is a powerful Ice Main DPS character that is sure to give players a run for their money. For those who missed her banner in January, you’re in luck now! Along with The Herta, The Message From Beyond banner features the same available 5-stars and 5-star replacements as the Evernight banner. 

 

The 5-star characters available in The Message From Beyond banner are:

🃏Brilliant Fixation/Bygone Reminiscence Phase 1 Banner

Both The Remembrance of None and The Message From Beyond banners will feature their own 5-star special Light Cones for players to pull. These are The Evernight Stars and Into the Unreachable Veil. They will also feature three 4-star Light Cones to work as a bonus for players when pulling on these banners.

⚔️The Slay Until Evil Ends Banner

The second phase of the version 3.6 update debuts Permansor Terrae, who is a Physical, Preservation type of character. His banner will feature the same 5-star character options, but with different 4-star ones. If you are looking for a specific 4-star character by chance, be sure to check which banner phase they are available on!

Anaxa will also have a rerun during the second phase of 3.6. Just like the previous banner and similar to Phase 1, Anaxa’s The Universe is a Seed banner will feature the same optional 5-star and 4-star characters. If you manage to pull Permansor Terrae, you can, by all means, pull on Anaxa’s to get the same character chances and more.

Finally, the last banner to appear in the version 3.6 banner rotation is the second phase of the Light Cones. Here, just like the first phase for the same banner, a new 5-star Light Cone debuts with the new character. Along with that, there are some different 4-star Light Cones featured that are ready to be pulled and added to collections.
