Cutesy style retro games are a dime a dozen these days, so sometimes it's hard to differentiate the truly ambitious and creative ones from the cheap cash ins. But it's pretty clear that the indie title Lonely Planet looks like one of the better throwbacks to bygone eras of gaming.
