Unknown Island (1948)

In 1948, the first color dinosaur film emerged. Titled Unknown Island, this film featured men in T-Rex costumes (which strangely had a horn on their heads and 3 fingers), giant sloths, and other cheesy creatures. I am a cheesy dinosaur movie fan and managed to find a copy of the OOP Image DVD for this film. Most of this films budget went into making this a color film, and it is visible. The dinosaurs look very fake and the effects in many scenes arent that great. But is you want to see some cheesy goodness, give this a watch. And, I leave you with an image of som "T-Rexes".
