Terminator Sequel-Reboot Called Terminator, Again?

While there has been no official confirmation either way it seems that the new Terminator reboot/sequel may have changed its name. Currently filming in New Orleans, the movies codename (as seen on the productions clapper-board) is VISTA, and after being called Terminator: Genesis in the press for a few months now it seems that, when posting news via social media at least, both Paramount Pictures and Skydance Productions have stopped referring to the film by that name, especially since the revelation of what is believed to be the movie logos new font at the recent Licensing Expo in Las Vegas (pictured below).

Some sources are claiming that the studio Paramount Pictures were unhappy with the movies subtitle, but with no official word on the matter, either way, in addition to an apparent lockdown on any leaked information, pictures and videos regards the hotly debated movie, we can only speculate as to what is and what isn't actually going on with this movie.

Though it may be possible that that the production is playing its cards close to its chest in response to the overwhelming negativity from fans, such an action will only hurt the movies sellability, as it did in February with Jose Padhila's ill advised RoboCop remake. Rather than shutting out the fans, maybe the studio and the production team should have listened to the fans in the first place - there is high demand, and a loyal fan base for more Terminator movies, but there is next to no demand for a Terminator reboot.
