Contrary to rumors stating that Warner Bros may be rethinking the structure of their DCEU, and despite predictions that next months Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice may not perform as hoped by the studio, director Zack Snyder has announced that Warner Bros have finally green lit production on the first of two Justice League movies, which will begin 11th April at Leavesden Studios in southeast England.
"The idea that we could begin to boot up a Justice League concept was a cool thing. It was a little bit of an ‘about time’ moment, and I don’t blame [the studio] for feeling that way, because it’s a long time coming. But I do feel like it’s a little bit of a creative hurdle. It seems like an easy thing to do at first glance, the idea that, ‘Oh, we just get the rest of the superheroes in there.’ But you have to [establish] a world where they can exist."
Justice League: Part One will be unleashed in theatres 17th November 2017, with the second part landing sometime in 2019!
