Last November the whole internet almost melted with the release of the teaser trailer for J.J. Abrams fortcoming addition to the Star Wars saga The Force Awakens, which will see the return of Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher and Harrison Ford, among others in their legendary roles from Episodes IV to VI alongside a new, younger of stars expected to take the saga into its ninth instalment and possibly beyond. The sight of the Millenium Falcon performing a vertical loop over, presumably, Tattooine before facing off against a TIE fighter caused many a Star Wars fans head to explode, brewing up nostalgic emotions in those among us old enough to remember the craze that surrounded the release of the original trilogy.
We recently reported that never before seen footage of EA's (DICE - Disney Interactive Computer Entertainment) all new Star Wars Battlefront was to premier at the forthcomiing Star Wars Celebration event in Anahiem in April. It seems Disney feel the footage of the new game may not be reason enough for Star Wars fans to attend the event, so to assure any serious Star Wars fans will attend the event they have recently announced that the first full length trailer for The Force Awakens will also be shown there on Thursday April 16th. Heres hoping this trailer features some footage of the returning cast, though if it does we expect it to very brief and in a teasing fashion.
