Without a doubt the best superhero movie of all time. There are so many things I love about this masterpiece, I don't know where to start. The characters are fleshed out, and nobody feels underdeveloped. Hans Zimmer's score is phenomenal, and the late Heath Ledger's performance as the Joker was legendary. This film also explores the thematic topics of escalation, order, and chaos. I guess my only real complaint is the casting choice for Rachel Dawes, since a different actress from the first movie is portraying her. Other than that, TDK is a near-perfect film, not the Batman movie we deserve, but the one we need.
