After the massive sucsess of "Jurassic Park", people pressured author of the book, Micheal Chriton to make a sequel novel, Even Steven Speilberg himself asked him to make one so Chriton finally gave in and announced a sequel novel in which the film is (loosely) based on.
The Lost World: Jurassic Park was directed by Steven Spielberg but it dosen't share too much with the novel but this is a film review so I won't go into the novel. In The Lost World: Jurassic Park, it is revealed that there is a second island where the dinosaurs were bred before being taken to the park known as Isla Sorna or "Site B"
Jeff Goldblum returns as Ian Malcom and is the lead role in this
Lex, Tim, and John Hammond have cameos and some new cast members include Juliane Moore and Vince Vaughn. There was NO WAY this could have been good as the orgignal but it's still a fun film with Good Effects, Suspensful Scenes, and it's a hell of a ride.
