Godzilla's Revenge, or "All Monsters Attack", an underrated gem of the Godzilla film franchise.
Albeit cheesy and a little dumb, Godzilla's Revenge is a wonderful film for younger Gfans. The main character, Ichiro, is a die-hard Godzilla fan, and goes on an adventure with Minya and partakes in Monster battles and watching Godzilla kick butt. Ichiro experiences what all kid Gfans want to experience.
Although the stock footage is quite prominent, it takes place in a child's mind, so that kind of explains why. But, at least the footage is of awesome parts in the previous Godzilla films, so there's no complaint there.
Gabara isn't that bad of a monster either. You know how monsters usually represent something? Gabara represents bullying, and how scary and intimidating it is. Gabara has an evil laugh as a roar, and piercing, blood-shut eyes. He haunts children, and maybe adults, in their dreams. Quite terrifying if you ask me. But, if you stand up to Gabara, he can be defeated! It's quite a good lesson to teach kids.
This movie is a wonderful, and an unsung masterpiece. It usually makes me sad when I see people hating on it. I can get that everyone has an opinion, but they state that it's "THE WORST GODZILLA FILM EVUR!!!11". I feel this movie needs a lot more appreciation. People don't need to like it, but at least give it some respect.
