It is in fact real. The movie is directed by Hiroto Yokokawa who did other indie kaiju flicks such as The Great Buddha Arrival and Nezura 1964. The latter of which is available to watch for free on Tubi.

He also submitted a short film via Gemstone for a contest Toho was holding. But GvG won out. You can watch it here: Hedorah's Silent Spring

I'm honestly not a big fan of his work so I'm not particularly expecting much from Hoshi 35. He's grabbed former Godzilla stars for his movies before, but they've added very little value.

my ultraseven blu-ray came in today, I have watched the first 3 episodes and I am loving it! definitely an improvement on the basic premise of ultraman, but the last 5 minutes of the 1st episode was pretty rough. the editing was terrible they cut out the heros first transformation sequence, even though the first half second of the transformation sequence is still there. its weird. and alien wa-something-somthing from episode 2 was pretty meh. its pretty much a mixture of the miroganda and keronia plants from episode 5 and episode 31 of ultraman. except theirs no arashi boxing a plant. which was objectively the best part of the miroganda episode.

I will probably end up doing a full review when I finish it, this article is just becoming my collection update spot :p

Good God, finally.  I really have been not on lately because we've had meaningless discussions that I can barely give a cent on.  I'd like some more productive topics in the future.

this is pretty much what i have been talking about for the last few months, the problem with "new" godzilla fans article I made was the start of it. the current state of the site is appalling, and I admit, i haven't really helped it. im to low rank to really deal out some meaningful blows to the problem. 

thank you for coming down and posting this to stop the treatment of this website as a place where you can just post anything you want and no one will care.

What kind of topic title is this? I've removed a number of topics now by the OP with little to no substance and/or content worth engaging in. This isn't Twitter - we don't create new topics with every fleeting thought that pops into our heads. When members sign up here they agree to a set of rules and conduct guidelines - part of which is submitting content that is engaging and of decent quality.

There has been an uncomfortable amount of one word answers / short form topics being created lately that go absolutely nowhere - whether to gain XP quicker or to simply to throw 2 cents in without elaborating or offering anything to keep the conversation going - it's going to stop. These forums were designed to be a hub for discussion and debate. Again, if you want to post one word replies or a meme or start a topic with little to no substance - go to Twitter or some other social media platform that allows for such nonsense. Here, we're going to keep things engaging and of high quality.
