I think Hedorah is uglier than Minilla
Hydra Agreed, Zilla is not ugly. But Showa Minila is.
Oh cool, by the way I'm back from my 3 day break
monsterzero9 Sorry but I won't leave Team Godzilla that easily. Sorry :/
New Update: GOJIRA1234 joined Team Rodan!
Well the design is very much a balance like the rest of the films. Equally Goofy & disturbing at the same time, like how the films can be both Patriotic and critical.
I like that movie.
I dont think the designer would have mental problems, I could make an absolutely DISGUSTING looking godzilla that makes shin look like megarogoji and I dont have mental problems!
.......
I think.
Majin Tuol is the ugliest kaiju.
Off-topic, your profile indicates you've watched The Owl House?
Also, I find Shin to have kind of an awesome design. I also think the design is intentionally meant to be scary.
That would also defeat the purpose of the kaiju,
Plus the colossal size can play really well into cosmic horror
zilla is not ugly and btw there is literally only one ugly kaiju, which is minilla
what i think would make him creepier is to make him human sized, about 10 metres tall, first of all, if the kaiju are to big they wouldn't notice you like you and an ant, secondly it would be super creepy if it stalked you that would freak you out
As a huge Mothra fan, I still stand by the Moth Goddess
i personally think my point still stands
Mainly because Mothras attacks were gojis reflected back at them.
sooo.. idk I’m probably wrong tho. I think mothra could still stand a chance.
well the goji that prequel mothra fought was gojira before he evolved into gojira earth. he was more in line with power level of filius at that point in his evolution.
In the prequel novels Mothra was one of the few kaiju to injure Goji
ok, long and drawn out reply on why your wrong take two!
1. gojira earth does have a purpose to the story, hes meant to be this unstoppable, invincible god of destruction. you couldnt do something like that with some random kaiju like...I dont know lets say yonggary. not to mention his death is the driving goal of harou, you know.... the main character.
2. his design is meant to invoke the hugeness of trees and nature in comparison to man. his tree root texture and maple-leaf spines are meant to show that this gojira isnt some reptile that got exposed to radiation, but a hyper-evolved plant, which goes hand-in-hand with the theming of nature outdoing the folly of man. and the beard is meant to symbolize how old this godzilla is and really, how could you complain about a godzilla with a beard?
3. mechagodzilla city is the most badarse name you could give a mechagodzilla city, what were you expecting? mechagodzilla union? mechagodzilla plant? and mechagodzilla bieng destroyed is again, meant to show how no matter how hard humanty (or the bilosiludo) try, they cant defeat nature.
3. mothra probably wouldn't be able to stand up to godzilla earth, and if she DID fight him, it would probably ruin his theming with the guardian of the earth fighting the god of destruction made from, well.... the earth.
4.I actually liked the planet eaters execution in the 3rd film, making it more like an episode of star trek rather than a "generic" monster movie. and his design looks badarse and you cant prove me wrong. the makers of the anime also based his design off of thorny plants to signify how dangerous he is.
the overall theming of the story is all meant to be something new to the godzilla series...... or not the monsterverse, which is obviously what your comparing it to here, its a trilogy about how we cant find peace with fighting our mistakes, but we can find peace with living with them. in kotms words,
"this is godzillas world, we just live in it"
thanks for coming to my ted talk.
i can't read half of them but nice drawings
I like the Googly eyes
He looks dead inside. It can make a character relatable
Thanks Cool Godzilla, I think I did better on that one! :D
hed be creepier if his eyes didnt look like googly eyes from the dollar store and the Omni laser was ridiculous TLDR: give him realistic eyes and take out Omini laser and id give it 2 thumbs
GOJIRA1234,
You have an agreement with guys who wrote an article that's over a year old? Alright then. I'll just email James Reinhardt, the author, I'm sure you don't mind. I've interacted with him before.
.......
YEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and his lower lip splits when he lazers
I have an agreement with the guys who wake them to post them on here, but to change a few things so people think its not plagiarism, sry should've told you guys
I have a question. Why are you copying and pasting from other articles and then changing a couple of words to make it seem like your own stuff?
Shin Godzilla Is the King of the Monsters' Most Terrifying Version, Hands Down
Very interesting work. It is qualitatively written and it is clear that it was done by a professional. I was delighted when I read it.
ok, how about this....
how about we all join team rodan!
please?
10. Ankylosaurus
Because I saw one in action on an old GI Joe cartoon episode back during the 90s and didn't know its name until much later. I originally though its name was Packomeback but that was me 5-6 year old me misunderstanding what the GI Joe characters were actually saying "Its Pat, come back!"
9. Triceratops
Love these dinosaurs ever since the sick triceratops from Jurassic Park.
8. Stegosaurus
I remember calling these guys Stickosauruses when I was 4-5ish
7. Nasutoceratops
One of my newer favorite dinosaurs, thanks to Battle at Big Rock and Jurassic World: Dominion.
6. Giraffatitan
Originally this spot was for the Brachiosaurus (and in spirit still is) but the brachiosaurus species I grew up with since the 90s was the African species which had unfortunately renamed after being assigned its own genus
5. Carnotaurus
Originally the Carnotaurus was my number 4 but had changed in recent years, I originally didn't know its name as a Kid and always thought their horned look made they look like dragons.
4. Allosaurus
Originally my number 5 but the allosaurus went up a rank thanks to Jurassic World: Battle at Big Rock and Jurassic World: Dominion
3. Tyrannosaurus
When I was a kid, Tyrannosaurus was my number 2 until 2001. Despite being placed at Number 3, the T. rex is still King of the Dinosaurs.
2. Dakotaraptor
Originally this was the Velociraptor (originally placed at number 3 pre-Jurassic Park III) before changing it to the Utahraptor around the early 2010s, then in 2015 I discovered the Dakotaraptor which was roughly the same size and was discovered in the same dig site area as the Jurassic Park movie Velociraptors.
1. Dilophosaurus
I loved this dinosaur ever since the original Jurassic Park, disappointed when I found out the movie interpretation wasn't how it really looked like when I was about 10. But I grew to love the real-life Dilophosaurus the older I got
I have no idea what order the ranks go in. Sooo...
All good. I feel like Gigantoraptor versus something like, maybe Nanuqsaurus or Gorgosaurus would be good, as the other carnivores might be a bit big, although Daspletosaurus might be all right.
No recent Updates for now, by the way, I hope to see who will be the 100th response. :>
Oh, so that's why you keep replying to old topics, it makes sense. By the way, your brother has great spelling for a 7-year-old.
That would be a very entertaining fight.
